There is a saying that
goes "The best laid plans.... life can
re-arrange them" I have always had the
confidence in myself to take on whatever
life may throw at me. I have been through
hard times before and (I) have always
managed to get back on my feet and start
over. But as life's continuous battles
begin to take their toll, you soon you
begin to look elsewhere for strength &
guidance.
It was during these
hard times that I realized that I needed
GOD in my life. My life was at an all time
low.
I was introduced to
Logos Prophetic Ministries. .
I took this as a second
opportunity .........a second opportunity
to start with a new circle of "Friends" a
group of believers that had their trust
and faith in something else ..other than
man.
This group of friends
had no preconceived notions of who I was,
what I did or where I came from, they
welcomed me with open arms and shared
their experiences of what God had done for
them in their lives. All that was required
of me was to accept GOD as my personal
saviour and put my trust in him and
believe in him.
I accepted GOD as my
personal saviour with a bit of hesitancy.
This was a new
experience for me but the more involved I
became the more peace I found ,the more
comfortable I became and realized that
"hey this feels pretty good" . Soon things
began to change ....at first I experienced
an inner peace that I was never able to
explain something that's never happened
before. The nightmares and sleepless
nights became a thing of the past. I was
able to focus more clearly.
There were times when I
wanted to give up on life and ,strange as
it may sound it was during those periods
that I would receive a phone call from you
or a church member and receive a word of
encouragement. This happened on more than
one occasion. Coincidence ?Some sceptics
may think so I don't. I believe GOD was
and still is playing an active role in
rebuilding my life.
There have been many
unexplained events that I can only
attribute to the power of GOD working in
my life. My daughter sometimes thinks I
have gone a bit crazy. When you receive
the power of GOD people will think you
crazy: I can live with that. I have
received blessings at moments in my life
that can only be described as miraculous.
I recently received I
job offer :this was revealed to me
in a dream.
Slowly the puzzle and
my life is being put together.
I would like to thank
you and all of Logos Prophetic ministries
for part you have played in rebuilding my
life.
