Phase One
Problem: Stroke
Condition:
o Left Ear Deaf
o Left Eye cannot open
o Face twisted to left
Phase Two
o Ears open fully
o Eyes open very slightly
o Face still twisted
Phase Three
o Eyes open
Phase Four
o Eyes open fully
o Face normal
Problem:
